I bought this journal for my highly sensitive grandson. He is often nervous about new experiences and trying new things, and so I thought I would give this a try. He is young, so either myself or his parents help him write what he wants to say and he enjoys picking the scary face that he feels and drawing a picture. It makes him feel good to get his feelings out and it helps us understand him better too!
This has been very helpful for my daughter who is highly sensitive and anxious. The journal is simple and effective in helping children express themselves.

This is a wonderful journal that would be useful for any child experiencing anxiety in their life. A great resource for anyone who works with children of any age. It would be a great tool in a school setting as well.
There really wasn't anything to this. I thought there would have been more insight and direction in this book.

This has been such a helpful tool for my child to work through her anxiety. It's also helpful to me, as the parent, to be able to really pinpoint the focus of her anxiety. I gave it 4 stars only because I wish it would ask a few pointed questions (such as how the child felt after the event that made them anxious was over) instead of being a completely open format.
