Denver and Judah learning to live and love is amazing! Great story-line, i really enjoyed the setting of the musical contest tv show. i am a fan of one of those and it was fun to see some of the similarities written about in this story. The books pacing was good and i found it a fun and engaging read.Characters are so well crafted that you can feel them and i laughed, cried and rejoiced with them. Denver and Judah both have things that they are working through and they find strength in each other. Sexy men, Intense and passionate connection that brings life changing experiences in this story kept me glued to my kindle. Terrific read!i loved the supporting characters from the contestants to Denver's family. I really am intrigued by Tim and Nathan, the bodyguards and so want their story.. hint, hint!!
What I like about this authors is how she beautifully creates her totally flawed men. They have issues that should make them weak, unable to function in a mature relationship. But they discover their weaknesses don't define them. Their strengths do.Judah and Denver are two such men. Judah, buried in the closet of his own making. Denver, trying to recover from a brutal relationship. They have nothing in common except music. The competition brings them together in a way neither imagined was possible.This book has a lot going on, keeping the reader engaged with the main characters and the secondary players as well. This story drew me in and was very satisfying to read. Plus, hot men in tight jeans with guitars and a story to tell are impossible to ignore
A innocent hot rocker meets a wounded cute boy with a voice of an angel at an reality show/singing competition. That's Judah and Denver and from the moment they meet it's an instant attraction.As all of Noras books this one is a winner and has everything from romance and steamy sex to suspension and broken souls.And extra star for the last duett and the nod to one of my favourite movies. And since Nora always writes awesome supporting characters I want a book with Nathan & Tim!!
I absolutely love Judah and Denver. Both with painful pasts but with the courage to look to the future. Once they let go of their initial fears they are just lovely together, both sexy and sweet and a source of strength for one another. I adore the quiet strength Judah is able to offer Denver, despite his own deep insecurities. And I love Denver's fierce courage, even with his past threatening his newfound love. The ending was lovely...although I wish it had been extended for a few more chapters--I wasn't quite ready to say goodbye to these two in the end! (So happy to hear Tim and Nathan are getting their own story!!!)
With each new book, I love this author more and more. The Time of My Life goes in a completely different direction than the first series by this author. While both MCs are flawed, together they are flawless. This book could have drifted into a lot of angst but the author knew how to temper the low with the highs of the music contest. The secondary characters of Tim and Nathan were great, and their arc was totally unexpected. Oh, and the epilogue was epic. I'd love to see more of Denver and Judah, and Tim and Nathan. I can't recommend this book enough.
This book is amazing! I literally read it straight through! Nora has a way of bringing her characters to life & you being to cheer for them immediately. The sex scenes were incredibly hot, & you truly felt their connection. It was also fun to see the behind-the-scenes of the music competition. My one complaint is that you don't find out who wins the show! But in no way does it detract from the story.
Judah, from a deeply religious family who finds himself homeless. Denver, music teacher, reeling from an abusive, controlling ex who's stalking him. Both enter a music talent show and the attraction is intense. Judah, however , remains in the closet. Can these two have their HEA, read to find out.
Judah and Denver! Wow! Flawed and endearing characters that suck you in from the first page. I loved how Judah, the inexperienced one became the caretaker, the one that brought down Denver’s walls and let him see inside himself and how to shine and love and be loved. Outstanding read!!!
